Environmental Restoration, Navy (ER,N) Program at Red Hill

The ER,N Program is a Department of Navy program that identifies, investigates, and cleans up former release and waste disposal sites on Navy property. The ER,N Program has well-established processes for sampling, analyses, risk assessments, public outreach, and environmental removal and remediation decision-making. The ER,N Program is separate from the Navy Closure Task Force Red Hill (NCTF-RH) program which maintains a different website: Safe Waters.

ER,N Program Investigations at Red Hill

There are two ER,N program investigations at Red Hill, one at the Former Oily Waste Disposal Facility (OWDF) and one for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS). Environmental sampling and analyses have been and are being performed at these sites.
